Program Description

Arizona Golf Classic offers an SMS text messaging program for registered golfers and event participants. By opting in to our text messaging program during registration, you consent to receive automated text messages from Arizona Golf Classic related to your tournament participation, including but not limited to:

• Registration confirmations and updates
• Check-in reminders (typically sent 24 hours before your tee time)
• Live scoring links for your round
• Roster completion reminders for team captains
• Event-day logistics and schedule changes
• Tournament results and follow-up communications

Consent

By checking the SMS consent box during registration and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Arizona Golf Classic at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or registration. You may register for events without opting in to SMS communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on tournament schedule and your registration status. You may receive up to 10 messages per event cycle (from registration through post-event follow-up). During tournament day, you may receive 2–4 messages related to check-in, scoring, and logistics.

Message & Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Arizona Golf Classic does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

For help with our text messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a response with program information and support contact details.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are NOT sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.
