AGC Vendor Load-in & Set-up
Everything you need to know to roll in smoothly, park safely, and make the most of an unforgettable day at Westin Kierland.

First, thank you. Your partnership is what helps make AGC more than a golf tournament — it turns the day into a true executive experience built around connection, visibility, and impact. We are looking forward to welcoming Arizona's top cannabis leaders, brands, and decision-makers to Kierland for a standout day on and off the course.
3:30 PM — Post-Golf
Happiest of Happy Hours
And once the final putt drops, the day is far from over. Beginning at 3:30 PM, the Happiest of Happy Hours — Awards Mixer on the Patio at Brittlebush — brings the day home with the people you actually want to be in a room with. Absolutely not something your company should miss.

Extra Golf in the Afternoon
It's a full course buyout, so if you want to continue on and play an extra round, just let us know and we'll set you up with an afternoon tee time. Veterans play free in the afternoon — let us know if you want to continue out and we'll make it happen.

A Few Important Notes
Promotional Creative
If you need custom creative to help promote your activation on social, reply back and we will gladly help get that designed.
Golf Team Registration
If you have not yet registered your team for golf, please do so. Sponsors also have the option to add a foursome at a 50% discounted rate of $125 per player.
Oversized Equipment & Displays
If you are bringing anything larger than a hand truck — oversized displays, heavy equipment, specialty setups, or anything that may require advance approval — please let us know as soon as possible so we can coordinate directly with the course.
Activation Setup
We strongly recommend bringing your own 10×10 pop-up tent. Please note: tents are not provided. If you need a table and chair, please let us know by tomorrow so the course can prepare accordingly.
Where To Park
Vendor Parking & Shuttle Service
Parking is located in the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa Self-Park overflow lot (see map below). Pull a ticket, have it validated at the golf shop, and call the shuttle line for pickup.
No street parking is allowed in areas marked with a red "X" on the map — vehicles may be ticketed by the city.
Shuttle pickup begins at 6:00 AM at the star on the map. Call 480-922-9283 for the shuttle.
